The third edition of the MAN Impact Accelerator program is open for application. This opportunity is open to startups with disruptive ideas in the mobility sector.
The accelerator is organized by MAN Truck & Bus and in partnership with Yunus Social Business. It is an eight-month mentorship program that focuses on impact, purpose, growth, customer development, marketing, investment, and product innovation. The program will spread across five weeks each in Munich, Sao Paolo, Lisbon, and Johannesburg. The tour would be an all-expense-paid trip to the cities located in Europe, Brazil, and South Africa.
The participants will stand a chance to connect and be mentored by over 300 leading industry experts from MAN Truck & Bus, Airbnb, Amazon, Uber, Google, and Maersk. It would also be an opportunity for startups to connect to impact investors and key players in the innovation space.
Speaking about the accelerator, Lisa-Katharina Guggenmos, accelerator program Lead at MAN Truck & Bus said, “Whereas MAN brings in more than 260 years of transport and mobility expertise to complement the startups, Yunus Social Business provides a solid strategic framework for creating sustainable growth for social businesses. Our accelerator is structured around specific growth fields and helps the startups not only to unveil their hidden challenges but also tackle them with the help of extremely experienced mentors.”
Applications are ongoing and would be open until the 1st of October 2019. Interested mobility startups can click here to apply.
