Mark Zuckerberg joined executives from Reality Labs at Meta and a few distinguished guests to highlight developments in making the METAVERSE a reality at the 9th annual Meta Connect 2022 developer conference.
The conference brings together programmers, creators, and techies to discuss the most recent discoveries in augmented reality, virtual reality, and the METAVERSE.

Microsoft x Meta:
Microsoft and Meta are collaborating to offer workplace tools to VR.
Along with the toolkit from Microsoft Windows 365, Microsoft technologies like the videoconferencing application Microsoft Teams are coming to Quest 2.
Meta encourages users to use VR for purposes other than just playing games.
Horizon Workrooms, where users may connect with their coworkers in a virtual meeting room, is getting more features from Meta.
Shipping of the Quest Pro headset will begin this month.
The Quest Pro will retail at $1,500 and go on sale on October 25.
NBCUniversal x Meta:
NBCUniversal agrees to work with Meta. NBCUniversal and Meta have established a cooperation that will involve developing new TV series experiences.
Adobe x Meta:
Together, Adobe and Meta will make Adobe’s Substance 3D apps available on the Meta Quest Pro and Meta Quest 2, enabling designers and artists to interact in virtual reality while modeling 3D objects.
Supernatural, a VR fitness program, has introduced “knee strikes” so users may strengthen their lower body and core muscles.
Gym Class, a brand-new VR workout software, will make its debut on the Quest store in the upcoming fall season.
Cloud gaming on Xbox Arriving at the Meta Quest Store:
The Xbox Cloud Gaming Beta will soon be available on the Meta Quest Store, according to Meta. This implies that you will be able to use an Xbox controller to play console games from the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate library while wearing a headset.
Quest 2 to Launch Marvel’s Iron Man VR Next Month:
On November 3, Iron Man VR, which was formerly limited to the PSVR, will be available in Quest 2.
